Do I see the mat before I pay?

Always. You only check out after seeing your pet's finished artwork on the mat. You can change the words or the photo, or ask for another drawing, before paying.

What kind of photo works best?

A clear, bright photo taken from the front, with your pet's face easy to see. Phone photos are perfect. If a photo won't work well, we'll tell you right away and you can try another.

Can I put more than one pet on the mat?

Yes. Every design takes up to three pets. Upload a photo with everyone in it, or one photo per pet, and we draw them together.

Cats too? What about other pets?

Any pet at all. Dogs and cats are the usual suspects, but rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, birds, lizards and horses all draw beautifully.

Can I change the words?

Yes. Choose a greeting like "Welcome Home" or "Wipe Your Paws", write your family name, or choose no writing. You can change it any time before checkout without redrawing the art.

Colorful or coir: which should I choose?

Colorful mats are full-color scenes on a soft, non-slip mat for anywhere inside with a hard floor. Coir mats print your pets in bold black ink on natural coir for a covered front door or porch.

How long until it arrives?

Every mat is made to order with free US shipping. Colorful mats arrive in 5-12 business days and coir mats in 5-12 business days.

Will it arrive in time for Halloween?

Every mat is made to order once you approve it, then arrives in 5-12 business days for colorful mats and 5-12 business days for coir mats. Count back from October 31 and order a few days earlier than that to be safe, since carriers get busy around the holidays.

What if something is wrong with my mat?

If your mat arrives damaged or with a print defect, we'll reprint it free or refund you. See our return policy for the details.
