Can I see my mat before buying?

Yes. Your personalized preview is free. You can see your pets and any words you add before paying.

What kind of photo should I use?

A clear, well-lit photo with your pet facing the camera works best. Keep the whole face and both ears visible.

Can my dog and cat share a mat?

Yes. Every design can feature up to three pets: dogs, cats, or both together. Upload a photo together or separate photos for each pet.

Can I add my own words?

Yes. Add a greeting, family name or a message of your own. Leave it blank for artwork only.

Where does the colorful mat fit best?

Anywhere inside with a hard floor: the kitchen, by the back door, a hallway, the bathroom or a mudroom. The rubber base keeps it in place on tile, wood and laminate. It is 30 by 18 inches, a standard doormat footprint.

Is it machine washable?

Spot clean. Blot spills, then wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Vacuum or shake out loose dirt. Keep it out of the washing machine and dryer, which can damage the rubber base.
