Can I see my mat before buying?

Yes. Your personalized preview is free. You can see your pets and greeting before choosing a size and paying.

What kind of photo should I use?

A clear, well-lit photo with your pet facing the camera works best. Keep the whole face and both ears visible.

Can I include more than one pet?

Yes. Every design works with up to three pets. Dogs, cats, or both. Choose your pet count and add their photos.

Can I change the words?

Yes. Keep the suggested greeting, write your own or leave it blank.

Where does the coir mat fit best?

A covered front porch, a sheltered back door, a garage entry or an apartment hallway. Coir scrapes shoes clean and the PVC backing grips concrete, stone and wood. Keep it out of prolonged rain and direct weather to protect the print.

How do I clean it?

Shake it out or brush it with a stiff broom. For mud, let it dry and then brush. Do not machine wash, soak or pressure wash coir.
